tenders are invited for the supply of Digital Photo copier (Specification
of which is appended to the tender form) from the reputed manufactures,
authorized dealers on buy back arrangement terms and conditions.
Technical specifications are displayed in the notice board.
1. Cost of tender Rs. 400/- + ST
2. E.M.D 1% of the total value
3. Security deposit 5% of the total value
4. Tenders should be addressed to Land Use Commissioner and submitted
to him on or before 18-01-2008. The tenders will be opened on the
same day in the presence of those tenders or their authorized representatives
who may be present at that time.
5. The intending tenders can inspect the machine at any working
day between 10 am and 5 pm at the above address with the permission
of the under signed.
6. The under signed reserves the power to cancel the tender notification
at any time without expressing any reasons.
Terms and Conditions
1. Price quoted should be inclusive of all
tax, duties other statutory levies transportation, freight charges
etc.
2. Warranty period should be mentioned.
3. Terms of full service maintenance should be quoted invariably
indicating all the details like terms, period and cost thereof including
rate per copy
4. List of installations with address should be given
5. Live demonstration should be arranged at the cost of the quotes
if the Technical committee desires to have
6. Payment will be made after satisfactory supply installation and
training.
